- Registration and ticket purchases are managed by a third‑party vendor, Eventbrite. Therefore, registrants wishing to cancel a conference registration must do so through Eventbrite.
- Cancellations received between Wednesday, 1 July 2026 and midnight on Friday, 31 July 2026 will receive a refund of 80% of the fees paid.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or after Saturday, 1 August 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the conference.
